We place heated basalt stones on fixed points and massage with them as well. The warmth reaches the deeper muscle layers and releases tissue that would otherwise resist longer.
The treatment supports circulation and is often chosen by people with muscle and joint complaints. Sixty or ninety minutes, with the longer version giving the stones more time to work.
